You can look around for leagues that run 2003 still. Teamspeak is something you need to rent.

iRacing seems like a lot of cash in the beginning when you buy the stuff you want to. They do give discounts for multiple purchases though, and that helps. You also get participation credits just for racing, and if you do say 8 truck and 8 nationwide races in the 3 month season, you get 10.00 credit. That x4 for the whole year means 40.00 back. They have specials ever so often as they are right now where you can renew for 49.00.
